Using VisaTrack
The public website provides information about VisaTrack. The portal is for authorised Visas2 staff and invited corporate users only.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private and tell Visas2 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Portal information
Application stages, dates and written updates are provided for tracking and communication. They may change as work progresses and should not be treated as a guarantee of an outcome or completion date.
VisaTrack does not replace advice or direct communication from the Visas2 team about a particular application.
Acceptable use
You must not share an account, attempt to access another organisation’s information, interfere with the service, or use information from the portal for an unauthorised purpose.
Visas2 may suspend or withdraw access where an account is no longer authorised, where security may be at risk, or where these terms are not followed.
